My practice in Asheville and Black Mountain, NC provides a personalized fusion of Myofascial Release Therapy, Restorative Movement, Pilates, Yin Yoga, Qigong and Bodywork Education for individuals and groups interested in pain relief and prevention, transformation, integration, rehabilitation and healing from trauma, imbalance and modern living. Reclaim mobility, balance, fluidity, strength and health naturally.

 

I am a Myofascial Release Therapist with expert level training in John F Barnes Myofascial Release Approach, Licensed in Massage and Bodywork Therapy in NC and PA, Certified Pilates and Yin Yoga Instructor with training in Daisy Lee's Women's Radiant Lotus Qigong and over 20 years experience helping others transform.
